“Energy Spirituality” means what?

Energy Spirituality is the name for a certain type of mind-body-spirit healing.

Energy Spirituality has this entry point

If you think about any form of energy healing, there must be a point of entry — a place where the healer pays attention. And is especially skilled.

Energy Medicine, like the great system taught by Donna Eden, also Reiki, Healing Touch, etc., has the physical body as the entry point. 

Energy Psychology is the term coined by Dr. David Feinstein for techniques that have the mind as the point of entry. Gary Craig’s Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is an example.

Energy Spirituality is the term coined by, well, me. It’s for techniques that have the aura, or spirit,  as the point of entry.

What’s Energy Spirituality good for?

Originally, I used Energy Spirituality for the context to do a particular type of healing at the level of auras, cutting cords of attachment. As in the title of my how-to book, Cut Cords of Attachment: Heal Yourself and Others with Energy Spirituality.

However, there are really many other applications of Energy Spirituality:

• Empath Empowerment!
• Energy Release Regression Therapy
• Co-creating with God, for either personal growth or helping to serve others

And keep in mind that if you ever wish to mentor with me as a Practitioner of Energy Spirituality techniques, one of the skills you will need to develop is Empath Empowerment.

Really, I believe that any healer who was born as an empath needs to develop this skill set. Otherwise, regardless of any shielding or self-protection techniques you have learned, with Reiki for instance, you’re sure to pick up STUFF belonging to those you heal and carry that around in your aura.
