When you come for your appointment in person, or call for your phone session, bring an intention, such as an area of life where you would like improvement, for example:

• More self-confidence
• Better ability to handle conflicts that come up at work
• Improved intimacy in your love relationship

You could even bring an intention to cut a particular cord of attachment.

Sometimes there will be a cord of attachment that contains toxic patterns that make it difficult to turn one’s empath gift(s) OFF. That’s especially useful to remove. But, really, removal of any major STUFF from your aura will improve your ability to be a Skilled Empath.
